Better Body Bootcamp will give you the intense training session that you are looking for. This program will deliver 5-45 minute sessions per week for 4 weeks, Monday thru Friday. At the end of the 4 weeks, you 'll feel accomplished and full of life- just like the previous 300 + people who completed our previous bootcamps.
You can expect to do weight training, core training, endurance training, plyometric training, flexibility and more.
