Have you ever wanted to run a Half Marathon but was unsure if you be able to accomplish it? We have the program for you; you don't have to do it on your own! After doing this program, you will not see running as a chore. It will be enjoyable and fun. There are many benefits to being involved in a running program than doing it on your own. Running with a group is a great way to meet training partners and build lasting friendships. With a group, you're more willing to grind out harder workouts and strive to be better. The adrenaline from working with the group will take you into your individual workouts. Our instructor, Jason Cesari, will set a pace for you and walk you through the steps.

The Running Program will begin their first fun on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 6 PM. The run will begin and end at Leverage Fitness Studio. The Running Program is an 18 week program in preparation for the Via Half Marathon on September 11, 2016. There will be an instructed evening run during the week and a long run on Sunday mornings beginning at 8 am. The group will run as Team Leverage on marathon day.
